FOR ZOOM CLASSES, SEND AN EMAIL WITH ‘TIMETABLE PLEASE’ & YOU WILL RECEIVE THE WEEKLY TIMETABLE, EVERYONE IS WELCOME (DONATIONS/HONESTY BOX, DETAILS SENT WITH WEEKLY EMAILS)

Once your space has been confirmed, we will be asking that you buy your appropriate pass online whether its a single pass, or a pass for several classes.
ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT STUDIO
Once you arrive at studio, please wear a mask and please take of shoes in reception. Keep changing room time to a minimal if you have to use it. Make your way to studio for class, where we will work with social distancing in place and at this point you can remove your mask. Please arrive prompt for class to begin and after class please place your mask back on for travelling into tighter spaces, ie corridors and changing spaces, keeping socially distanced as you go and intend to be in studio for no more than 15mins after class.
HAND SANITERS & PROPS
There will be hand sanitizers at entrance to studio, please use, before and after class.
No props for now allowed. Please bring your own mat and your own props if you require them. For Yin please bring whatever props you like. The classes will be sequenced in such a way that you don’t need props, but if you like using them, please feel free to bring them and you will be cued in where to place them during class as normal.
SELF ISOLATION – If you have been to a country where you need to self isolate for 2 weeks, please ensure you do. If you feel you have been in touch with anyone with Covid or are showing symptoms, please keep our community safe, by staying on zoom for now. Thank You in advance for helping to protect each other.
