8.15pm – 9.15pm Twilight Yin/Yang Flow w Alice (07712001106)


7am – 8am Vinyasa Yoga with Katie (This class will be off on the 13th and 20th August)

9.30am – 10.30am TRX Suspension Training (New 5 week course starts 17th September)

5pm – 5.45pm Aerial Juniors, beginners kids class with Val – Booked in term blocks, no drop ins. Children should be 10yrs+ (New Term starts 17th September)

6:30pm – 7:30pm TRX Suspension Training with Lee

6.30pm – 7.30pm Yoga for Beginners (small group of 7 in studio 2, bought as a block) with Katie – next course starts 27th August

7.45pm – 8.45pm Candlelit Vinyasa with Katie (This class will be off on the 13th and 20th August)

6:30pm-8pm Candlelit Yin Yoga with Val (monthly – Next date 23rd August in the hammocks, regular Candlelit Yin Yoga, next date is the 20th September)

8.10pm – 9.10pm – Sound Bath/Journey with Rabin (Nepalese Singing Bowls and Gong) -See events for dates in August/September/November and December.


Watch out for all our Workshops, we run regular Aerial Yoga, Acro Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Seasonal Yin Yoga, Arm Balancing as well as prepare for birthing Workshops, Lauriannes Raw Cakes and The Punjabi Kitchen….plus so much more! Saturdays are a brilliant way to try something NEW!
