We’re back!!
Our first block starting back training on the 5th September. Young Aerial Yogi’s must be booked in blocks, however once the date has started, should there be a space, if you would like a friend to try, get in touch and we’ll see whats possible.

This block we will cover, strength training, flexibility training, flips and tricks, group poses, and of-course lots of chill out time.

Looking forward to seeing new faces and regulars back in the hammock!
