A wonderful pause to set you up for the weekend. Every Friday, except bank holidays, we gather at the studio for 9.30am. A 75min session focusing on breath work, gentle movement, slowly moving in to longer held carefully selected postures, focusing on the joints that are richly dense in fascia. Brilliant for calming the mind and furthering your range of motion.
