Whether we interpret The Perfect pause as the best way to press the pause button, between Christmas and New Year, all the emotions and possibly stresses that have been incurred through our present situation, or maybe it’s Kumbhaka, the practice of retention of breath and possibly the stillness that’s found within these precious moments or maybe the stillness of mind through a consistent meditation practice.
One thing we do know for sure, is we all need to bring our awareness back to the present moment, feel a sense of abundance in breath, offering us strength to carry us safely through the Winter months. This is a time for you.
