Power Pilates is for all abilities, working on  improving your flexibility,  increasing your muscle strength and tone, particularly focusing on your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of your body).

Sandra is a highly experienced Pilates Teacher and also our Tai Chi Master.

This block runs from the 6th Jan to the 3rd Feb.
