Join Kami on Thursday 20th April at 6pm for another 5 week block of her NEW Pilates Class. (16th March – 13th April).

This class is for everyone, modifications will be offered, so you can work at your level, while you are building strength.

Having strong core muscles promotes better posture,  protects against injury, offers you better body awareness and will help increase your energy.
