Join Kami on Thursday the 9th February at 6pm for her NEW Pilates Class.

This class is for everyone, modifications will be offered, so you can work at your level, while you are building strength.

Having strong core muscles promotes better posture,  protects against injury, offers you better body awareness and will help increase your energy.
