Unsure or Curious about joining a yoga class…OR just want to be in a warm friendly environment, where you can ask questions and be guided with some important individual attention. Maybe you want to move slower, more mindfully and figure out exactly where you are with your practice?

This course will offer you the best foundation, to start a regular practice. Sometimes because of timing and life commitments, once you’ve completed this course, you may want to continue into the next one, the good news, while there may be repetition (Repetition is good), Aga will also keep it fresh and interesting. This has the benefit of allowing her to get used to your ability, where she can offer you that little bit extra, be assured you will always be developing. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the studio and playing an important part in your yoga journey.
