– on Wednesday nights at 6pm.  You will be guided on how to move mindfully through various foundational yoga asanas (postures), accompanied by learning to slow down and how to connect to your breath.

In a beginners class there is time to figure it out, ask the questions you need.  The teacher is there to support you through this journey of 5 weeks, helping to build your confidence and guide you as you progress.

This is a 5 week block.  The dates can’t be swapped or refunded.  By keeping it a block, this will help your teacher get to know you, support your practice and gain an understanding of where you are, plus we can keep the costs of class more affordable.
