Welcome  – We hope you’ve had a wonderful summer and are ready to get back to yoga or starting your yoga practice.

Katharine will be here to welcome you, support you and guide you through a variety of breathing techniques and yoga postures.  Helping to create calm, release tension, as well as creating energy and a sense of lightness when we need it – your path to finding balance.  If you’re new to yoga, want to take it slowly or the time just suits, join us, variations will be offered.

6 week block, dates are non transferable.

Please Note: We will have no classes at the studio on the 2nd September as we’ll be on our annual Portugal Yoga Retreat.
