Expedient First Aid courses are designed with lots of practical hands-on training, to ensure you leave the course with the confidence and skills that could save a life. Kieran has been coming to our studio every 3 years to ensure as yoga teachers we are all prepared on how to act in an emergency. Keeping our students as safe as we can, in the knowledge they always have a first aider to hand. Also our insurance to teach requires it.
It’s time to top up! These sessions are always fun, informal and full of really useful learning, not only for teachers but for everyone that wants to know what to do and how to act if we are faced with an emergency.
The day will run 9.30am – 4.30pm, lunch break included.
