Come and join us as we slow down, transitioning towards Winter. Our hammocks will be lowered making this class accessible to even the beginner. Poses will be longer held, with a focus on Breath throughout and Gentle meditation to begin, finishing with the most perfect Savasana, while being cocooned in your hammock.
