Summer Block – Katharine will be here to welcome you, support you and guide you through a variety of breathing techniques and yoga postures.  Helping to create calm, release tension, as well as creating energy and a sense of lightness when we need it – your path to finding balance.  If you’re new to yoga, want to take it slowly or the time just suits, join us.

We are welcoming Katharine to our teaching team, after an exceptional response to her first trial class from our Yoga Teacher Training program and sold out first and second blocks.  Katharine is not new to yoga or teaching, she has over 20 years of experience, has a heart of gold and a great sense of humour.  You are in good hands!

5 week block, dates are non transferable.

Last block before Summer, this class will be back mid/end August!
