Nervous or Curious about joining a yoga class…or just want to be in a warm friendly environment, where you can ask questions and be guided with some important individual attention. This course will offer you the best foundation, to start a regular practice.
This block will be guided by Aga. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the studio and playing an important part in your yoga journey.
