Thursday Nights with Kami, 7pm Aerial Bookings are Block Bookings’. (You may still buy single tickets, only if space allows, and the block isn’t full, please check first.)
This allows our teachers to work with you over this 5 week block tuning into your strengths and offer variations where needed to allow you to reach your full potential.
By dedicating to a weekly practice will not only enhance your skills but support your own Aerial Yoga experience. The blocks will be set to all level, offering variations to advance your practice for those that want or offer options for those that prefer to use the hammock to support a gentler practice.
If you’ve ever wanted to try Aerial, this is your time or if you want to learn some fun new poses and transitions come along, join us.
