For those that practice aerial or have a good level of fitness and love to play, this one is for you!

We’ll break down lots of the fun poses, trying many variations and fun transitions.

During this session, you’ll be shown how to access a lot of poses, you’ll be spotting, supporting and encouraging each other with as many breaks for water, rests in-between as you need.

Less formal, more organic = a whole lot of fun, freedom to encourage your creative side!
