If you are drawn to the fun, circus element of Aerial Yoga, this is for you.
Not for the complete beginner, however once you have completed a beginners workshop and are able to do your first flip, then please join us, you will surprise yourself with what is possible with the support and guidance of both the teacher and hammock.
Every week we work on warming up the body from inside out, we focus on breath, strength (Aerial Boot Camp, always included!) flips, climbs and tricks, using balance, strength and a sense of fun.
As your strength grows, the easier and more graceful the postures become, but its a lot of fun taking your time on the journey to get there.
Your Class Pass starts when you start! You have 7 weeks to use it. To activate your pass, please email the studio (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the date you would prefer to start, we will check spaces for you and confirm. Please do not drop in, as these classes are busy.
