Description
This block we will cover, strength training, flexibility training, flips and tricks – many of them, group poses, and of-course chill out time.
Aerial is a unique prop, where during these classes you don’t realise how hard you are working, as it’s so much fun. Extremely playful, non-competitive, builds strength, flexibility and coordination quickly. There is an element of risk of course, you spend time inverted and using your own body strength to support poses, therefor this is why the age limit in this class has increased, to ensure the kids can follow instruction, while still having the freedom of creativity.
