I’m looking forward to guiding you through this beautiful, playful practice.  We will build from the foundation.  You will experience how we use the hammock to help us work on flexibility, mobility and strength training.  You will also be guided on some of the more playful aspects of aerial as we build confidence through each posture.  Looking forward to meeting you.
