Join Val for an introduction to the world of Aerial Yoga. Aerial Yoga is a wonderful support to explore fun, creative movement patterns. From building strength, flexibility, with a focus on the core and spine. Aerial is a joyful practice, which brings out your playful side.
While we are slowly starting to introduce classes back in to the studio, please be mindful of social distancing, sanitizing hands before entering the studio and as you leave. The hammocks are squeaky clean and we are only allowing 6 people per workshop, so you have plenty of space. Please provide your own yoga mat.
