Enter the world of Aerial Yoga, with ease and confidence, building trust step by step.  Aerial Yoga is a wonderful prop to help you ease into postures that little bit deeper.

Each class is broken into sections, the warm up which leaves you feeling like you have had a Thai Massage, strength building which also helps with developing flips and tricks, if this is the class you are more drawn to.  In every beginners workshop, we will add a gentle guided flip or two, to offer you a taste. Therapeutic, Dynamic, you choose.  Inversions, improves circulation, reversing the blood flow to all parts of the body, especially the brain, plus no compression on the joints and spine. Let’s not forget the best part,  cocooned floating into Shavasana.
