Come and join me for a morning of Aerial Yoga.  Aerial Yoga is an extremely fun, ‘addictive’ practice, that builds strength, gives you a sense of weightlessness, and helps you connect to a playfulness, we can lose or set aside as an adult.  These weekend sessions are perfect to try out this practice, to learn the foundations, before moving into weekly classes.

You don’t have to have ever done yoga before.  Some of the principals that we learn in a yoga class help – breath control, gazing points, being kind to yourself, (and others, we work as a team!) not attaching to an outcome, and most of all enjoying the journey.  However, I teach these from day one and remind you in every class going forward.
