If you are a Yoga Teacher, this will be a wonderful additional 50hrs of Yin Yoga to compliment your teachings. And for those that are yoga students that are Yin curious, join us. This may be the start of something special.
This course will run (everything crossed), at the studio. Thus why, I’m not running this course until closer to summer and keeping the group much smaller than our regular teacher trainings, to ensure we can abide by the government guidelines. If you are travelling from afar, we have 4 rooms and a self contained apartment at the studio. If interested in accommodation, let me know and I’ll send you links.
I have trained extensively in Yin Yoga, with Clare Gates Sjoblom and thanks to Covid, both Bernie Clark & Paul Grilley, along with a further 500hrs in Seasonal Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy – Read more under our ‘Teachers’ Page.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing, Val x
