About Us

At Our World Yoga, we pull out all the stops to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience with us. We are a small beautiful boutique studio which has grown organically, built on word of mouth. We believe in the power of yoga, the union of mind, body and spirit, the growth of the yoga community. To us Yoga is a way of life, Ahimsa is at the core of our teachings. Yoga allows you to live life in the present moment; although we believe the real yoga happens off the mat, the journey of threading the teachings, dedication, commitment, finding freedom and peace within yourself, all begins on your mat.

At Our World Yoga we like to mix things up, we offer a variety of Yoga classes, workshops and events for all ages and abilities. We are a Yoga Alliance 50 hr & 200 hr Training School. Our 200hr Yoga course is called ‘The Power & Grace of Yin & Yang’, a Vinyasa (Creative Flow) and Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Our 50hr Training Course is dedicated to Yin Yoga.

There will be ‘something for you’, if you’re unsure and have further questions, please feel free to send us a message at ourworldyoga@gmail.com. There is free parking at the studio and a lovely chill out area to catch up with other yogi’s and new friends.
