As a Yoga community, it's important to give back.

Over the last couple of years, we have been involved in larger charity events to donation classes. In 2014, we finished the year with our yearly event '108 Sun Salutations, Love for Humanity'. Together with another local studio we raised over £3000 for Spirit Aid's Christmas Hamper Appeal.

There will be many classes and Events through 2016, where you can take part, give back, helping our city, our country and our world.

In Winter 2015 another group of amazing yogi's came together to raise funds for Spirit Aid's 'Christmas Hamper Appeal'. In less than 1 hour, we had performed 108 Sun Salutations, raising over £1250!
This is amazing, especially for a small studio like ourselves. Thank You to all the yogi's who took part and our supporters! Our 2016 'sun salutation' event will be going online SOON!

To kick off January 2016, we decided to say 'BRAvo, PANTS to poverty!' - together for the month we collected and handed in 'new pants' and gently worn bra's, managing to collect 2 huge black bin liners full - for Helping the ladies & young girls of Zimbabwe and the problems they face by not having underwear.

On the 24th April, one of our Aerial Yogi's Beth Lockhart, ran the London Marathon in 4:32!, raising tirelessly through fundraisers, eventually raising a whopping £3000+ for Demelza!
We invited Beth to a complimentary stretch in her hammock, what an amazing lady, so inspirational!

In May 2016, another of our lovely own yogi's, Anne McKinnie raised over £485.21, by abseiling the Finnieston Crane for 'Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland'. To help her fundraising, Anne made delicious home made tablet and left jars at the studio reception, managing to raise £50!
It just shows how much can be raised by something so simple and delicious!
